When communication channels are in abundance, effective and concise communication is critical. Lemon Ad conducted a series of interviews to understand how each user was accessing and disseminating information. From results, we developed a departmental newsletter, which aggregates critical information and distributes it collectively.

Since 2020, Lemon Ad has redesigned brand standards, developed internal powerpoint decks, sourced engaging iconography, and crafted email newsletters, internal culture videos, and full scope communication strategies, all informed by interviews and research.

The Results
A refreshed internal brand that connects the global team.
Working within the brand standards, we created a sub brand that distinguishes the GMAP team and its communications, both within the group and across the global organization. Our team newsletter has seen a 98% open rate, and was very well received. It was successful in breaking through and reaching its audience.
