Bookkeeper (Part-Time Remote Position)

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a pivotal role in our financial health. Your work will focus on reconciling invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring our financial records stay organized. Your mission will be to ensure we’re accurately tracking our profits and losses. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about numbers, is highly reliable, and thrives in a remote, fun-loving, team environment. Moms, retirees, recent graduates and pretty much anyone else who is awesome is encouraged to apply!

  • Reconcile invoices and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Track and categorize business expenses.
  • Support account reconciliations, including bank and credit card statements.
  • Maintain records in QuickBooks
  • Assist with preparing simple reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with leadership on invoice management and billing processes (with potential to manage invoicing in the future).
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience (small business or agency experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks,
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Fractional CFO (Part-Time Remote Position)

Remote Position

10+ years of financial leadership experience

As our Fractional CFO, you’ll play a critical role in guiding the financial health and growth of the agency. You’ll partner with leadership to develop financial strategies, oversee forecasting and budgeting, and provide actionable insights that support both profitability and long-term scalability. This is a strategic role for a seasoned financial professional who enjoys working with small businesses and wants to make an impact in a fractional capacity.

Full time vs Part time positions

What Full Time Means

Typically 35–40 hours per week. A consistent weekly schedule, often with standard business hours. May include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks.

What Part Time Means

Usually fewer than 30 hours per week, with more flexibility in scheduling. Allows for balancing work with other responsibilities or a second job.
